  • 1 cup NutriTokri’s oats flour

  • 1Table Spoon frozen green peas
  • 1 table spoon corn
  • 1 tablespoons chopped carrot
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 2-3 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
    2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • ¼ teapoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • ½ cup water or as needed
  • Oil to make waffles


  1. Prep Your Veggies: In a mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, chopped spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, and onions. Mix well and set aside.
